Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse caseload, including group therapy, family sessions, couples counseling, and individual therapy.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that address all aspects of client health.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and privacy are upheld.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to remain informed about the latest advancements and research in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Norton, you will work with a rich tapestry of clients, each facing their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
