Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health statuses through individual sessions, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Treatment Planning: Develop tailored therapy plans that address individual client needs, setting realistic and achievable treatment goals.

• Therapeutic Support: Engage with clients through regular therapy sessions, providing techniques and coping strategies to aid in their issue resolution.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care when necessary.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes according to HIPAA regulations.

• Client Education: Provide clients with information, resources, and referrals to support their health journey, while helping them navigate mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Supporting these individuals requires a deep understanding of their unique backgrounds and experiences, facilitating a non-judgmental space where they can share and heal.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Valid and active state counseling license (LPC) to practice in Texas.

• Clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing ability to work with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
