Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine their eligibility for services.

Your role will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate.

• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, and communication tools like Outlook and PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and competence in conducting comprehensive intake assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have additional experience in specialized therapeutic modalities or populations, as well as demonstrated involvement in clinical decision-making and care planning. An ongoing commitment to professional development via workshops, seminars, or continuing education units (CEUs) related to mental health will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, allowing for prompt payment with no delays for reimbursement. Additional compensation features include:
