Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs, synthesizing client histories and presenting concerns to develop effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to provide holistic support to clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health counseling and integrate best practices into your work.

• Actively contribute to marketing initiatives, including maintaining and enhancing our presence on platforms like Psychology Today.

• Engage in weekly case review meetings to evaluate therapeutic strategies and deliver quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals experiencing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. The ideal candidate will provide empathetic and expert counseling to clients from varied cultural backgrounds, ensuring that all services are delivered through a culturally competent lens.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field is essential.

• A current and valid Pennsylvania state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise.
