Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that facilitate connections among clients, encouraging sharing and peer support.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client, helping them navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their goals and preferences are central to the healing process.

• Monitor and document client progress through various assessment tools, ensuring that clients receive appropriate and effective interventions.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to discuss treatment approaches, progress updates, and complex case management.

• Participate in ongoing education, including Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and clinical supervision to maintain licensure and expand your expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your key focus will be on young adults, specifically those aged 18 to 30, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will become part of their journey towards recovery, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience. The outpatient treatment center serves clients through Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offerings, ensuring that the care delivered is comprehensive, consistent, and compassionate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
