Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, fostering a positive therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and privacy regulations.

• Conduct consistent check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress and discuss upcoming appointments, planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans that center around a client’s specific needs and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including thorough progress notes and treatment revisions, in compliance with state regulations.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather essential background information and establish treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client circumstances.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance skills and share insights with fellow mental health practitioners.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a clinician at Hackensack Mental Healthcare Center, you will primarily work with youth, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
