Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while employing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory to qualify for the LPC credential.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, ideally in a therapeutic or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
