Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop customized treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

The target client population at EcoHealth includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may have limited access to mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
