Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and implement short-term psychotherapy for clients, focusing on individual, family, and group modalities.

• Integrate case management and treatment planning in a collaborative manner under the supervision of licensed professionals such as psychologists or nurse practitioners.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, stress management, and couples counseling, adapted to meet varied client needs.

• Display clinical competence across a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring you are effective in addressing both mental health and dual disorders.

• Assess client treatment plans regularly to determine clinical needs and urgency, facilitating appropriate therapeutic actions while coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously and maintain accurate records while adhering to ethical standards set by the mental health profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
