Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, promoting healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, with clear goals and interventions, to guide clients toward achieving their mental health objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring clients feel supported and secure.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards to ensure accountability and transparency.

• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance clients' therapeutic experiences and foster community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, which can be supplemented with performance-based bonuses.
