Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while ensuring ethical practices.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Document and maintain up-to-date records, including progress notes and treatment documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Perform intake assessments and engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain a growth mindset, staying open to feedback and seeking out professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth clients facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other mental health concerns. You will create a safe and inclusive environment where young individuals can express themselves and find effective strategies for coping and thriving. This role is instrumental in supporting clients through pivotal developmental stages and empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements within our clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proven track record in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing individual and group therapy interventions.

• Familiarity with digital tools for client management and documentation, including basic keyboarding skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
