Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Elysium, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, discussing upcoming appointments, and identifying appropriate discharge timelines when necessary.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, implementing therapeutic strategies, and monitoring client responses to treatment.

• Documenting client interactions through progress notes and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs of new clients.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that focus on the unique challenges faced by your client population.

• Engaging in ongoing individual supervision to enhance your skills and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n
