Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, using your expertise to maintain safety and provide stabilizing care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
