Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices in therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license in one of the following fields: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity when addressing the needs of a diverse client population.

• Possessing strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to ensure effective case documentation and timely therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth or remote counseling environment is a plus.
