Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized therapies to facilitate client progress and engagement.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with your treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals, to formulate comprehensive care strategies and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
