Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s specific needs.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to evaluate client mental health and inform treatment planning, employing culturally sensitive approaches to accommodate diverse populations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in conjunction with clients, incorporating measurable goals and regular progress evaluations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting counseling sessions, assessments, and treatment progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
