Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gauge mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to both individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to foster mental well-being and personal growth.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within 24 hours of client interactions to comply with our organizational standards and facilitate efficient care.

• Engage actively in collaborative case discussions with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and contribute to a culture of teamwork.

• Maintain organized and thorough client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adult individuals and couples facing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal development concerns. Your insights and expertise will directly impact client outcomes, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must possess appropriate independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) to practice in Oregon.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and a comfortable approach to providing virtual therapy is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating effective therapy techniques and client communication skills.

• Experience working in a remote setting, managing time efficiently and effectively utilizing virtual communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
