Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments, screenings, and evaluations to understand clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health status.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective frameworks.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors, to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients.

• Engage clients' families and support systems in the therapeutic process through educational resources and collaborative efforts, ensuring holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will predominantly work with clients who are pre-screened, stable, and experiencing low acuity levels. This includes providing support to adolescents and young adults who may be navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your expertise will help facilitate their journey toward mental wellness in a supportive and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, especially in a telehealth format.

• Prior experience working with adolescent and young adult populations is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
