Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' psychological needs using evidence-based practices.

• Documenting treatment progress meticulously with case logs, strategy outlines, and clinical notes to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse patient population, including individuals with various psychological disorders and those navigating significant life challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling as a minimum educational requirement.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, which is critical for providing effective patient care and assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with advanced clinical skills in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or comfort in working with diverse populations are particularly encouraged to apply, as these skills will enhance patient outcomes. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
