Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through one-on-one video chat sessions to gain insights into clients' mental health needs.

• Encourage open discussions about emotions and personal experiences to guide clients toward self-discovery and improved interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate closely with clients to define their treatment goals and serve as a supportive advocate throughout their mental health journey.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, leveraging your clinical expertise.

• Utilize the telehealth platform for therapy sessions, ensuring clear communication and an empathetic approach to client needs.

• Engage in ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who seek to enhance their mental health. This client population may include individuals dealing with challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency in computer skills and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
