Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining positive professional relationships that adhere to ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress and stability, discussing treatment plans, upcoming appointments, and potential discharge when it is appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients appropriately.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients or those with substance use disorders.

• Experience conducting assessments, providing diagnoses, and delivering both individual and group therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
