Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals who experience a range of mental health challenges, often alongside various medical conditions. You will support them on their journey toward better mental health through a holistic approach that recognizes the complexities of their situations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs, particularly in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.

• Proficient with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to attract qualified candidates to our team. Our benefits package includes:
