This is a fully remote position, enabling mental health professionals to work from anywhere in the USA. Our operations team handles all administrative tasks, allowing clinicians to concentrate solely on patient care. With support from our Admissions and Assessment team, our clinicians can expect a consistent workflow and manageable caseloads that encourage deep connections with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to promote engagement and peer support among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with peers in case discussions to share insights, strategies, and feedback to enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Regularly assess and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinic primarily serves adolescents and young adults who are experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our program is designed to create a safe space for these individuals, facilitated by clinicians who prioritize relationship-building and trust. With small group sizes of no more than eight clients, counselors can engage deeply with each participant, fostering sustained growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid and active state license (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) to practice independently.

• Availability to commit to 12-40 hours per week depending on whether the position is a contract or W2 role.

• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends, particularly for group facilitation and client appointments.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with clients and collaborate with a diverse team.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working with adolescents and young adults in therapeutic settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices, as well as experience utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling, will be advantageous. Knowledge of community resources for mental health support is also a plus, as it helps in offering comprehensive care to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
