The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality telehealth therapy sessions to adolescents and young adults, addressing their mental health needs through evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor therapeutic approaches that align with each client’s unique challenges and aspirations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster healing and personal growth.
\n
• Engage in regular case reviews with fellow clinicians to enhance treatment strategies and share insights.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including accessing free continuing education units (CEUs) for licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients are diverse and come from various backgrounds, providing you with a rich and rewarding opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives. With a maximum of eight clients in group settings, you will engage in meaningful, in-depth therapeutic work that fosters sustainable healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Independently licensed clinicians include LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed clinicians are also encouraged to apply, with supervision provided as needed.

• Availability to work between 12 and 40 hours per week based on the chosen contracting option (1099 or W2).
\n
• For W2 positions, a commitment to full-time hours, including evening and weekend availability, is required to accommodate client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
\n
• Previous work with adolescents and young adults, especially in a clinical or therapeutic capacity, is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to treatment are essential for fostering a supportive environment for clients and team members alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits.
