Work Environment\n

This role allows for flexibility as it is fully remote, enabling you to provide care from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our remote work setting offers a schedule within the business hours of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and substance abuse histories, ensuring each assessment is thorough and compassionate.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client and their families.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure cohesive and integrated care for every client.

• Educate and engage family members in the therapeutic process, helping them support their loved ones during recovery.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are encountering various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By developing strong therapeutic alliances, you will help guide them toward personal growth and recovery, making a meaningful impact in their lives and supporting them in navigating their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
\n
• Proven experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• A willingness to engage in ongoing training related to our evidence-based treatment frameworks.
\n
• Advanced computer literacy, especially in using platforms such as Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
\n
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to present professionally and empathetically.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions is preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to equity and inclusion in mental health care.

• Familiarity with various teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
