Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions designed to foster connection and collaboration among clients, allowing them to share their personal experiences and learn from each other.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling that addresses individual client needs, helping them process their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while guiding them in developing coping strategies and action plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-directed treatment plans tailored to their preferences and mental health needs.

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
