Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing trustworthy relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, addressing stability, and planning for potential discharges when appropriate.

• Design, execute, and monitor personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes to monitor client developments over time, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

• Administer intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and vulnerabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate care.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client.

• Engage in continuous professional development through individualized supervision and team meetings.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families seeking support for various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bridge To Recovery Institute offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our compensation model is structured around a Fee-for-Service approach that includes guaranteed rates, ensuring clinicians are paid ahead of collection and experience no lag in reimbursement.
