With an annual salary range from USD 70,000 to 110,000, this position also offers a SIGN-ON BONUS for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ histories and determine appropriate treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal empowerment.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions to help clients navigate trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote overall healing.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, and promoting a safe space for clients to express their needs.
\n
• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participating in regular case consultations and professional development activities to embrace the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While the preferred experience varies, candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience and a background in delivering trauma-focused therapies will be at an advantage. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a heightened ability to compose clear, concise clinical notes in a timely manner (within 24 hours) are highly valued.
