Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate client care effectively, making referrals as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include individuals experiencing difficulties with stress management, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
