Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group settings, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Center Care Plans Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans, along with malpractice insurance coverage. We manage the billing and paperwork aspects, allowing you to focus fully on client care, with unlimited client referrals to support your practice.
