Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide culturally sensitive counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of each counseling session, including progress notes and treatment modifications, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, such as social workers, psychiatrists, and medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Uphold the strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a safe space for clients to share their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and as such, cultural competence is essential in providing effective counseling services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field from an accredited institution

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Compensation and Benefits\n
