Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our facility, your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to connect with one another, fostering an environment of shared experiences and mutual support.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions that focus on personalized counseling, helping clients navigate their thoughts and emotions while developing actionable coping strategies.

• Collaboratively creating treatment plans with clients that are individualized and goal-oriented, ensuring that their specific needs are met effectively.

• Monitoring client progress through various evaluation tools and feedback methods to track outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.

This role primarily focuses on supporting a diverse population of adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing varying mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
