Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses, employing various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and interventions, utilizing best practices in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and supportive counseling.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment modalities in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Refer clients to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or specialists, as necessary for additional support or medication management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
