Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored therapy plans that prioritize individual goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet each client's preferences and situations.

• Regularly collaborate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources to ensure a cohesive treatment approach for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and follow compliance standards while utilizing our billing and documentation support services to focus more on client care.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, as well as those dealing with substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona is mandatory to practice.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.

• Experience in telehealth delivery of services is advantageous as we utilize remote technologies to connect with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. You will also benefit from a steady influx of client referrals, allowing for a sustainable caseload. Additionally, our administrative support team assists with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on delivering high-quality care.
