Key Responsibilities\n

  Manage a caseload of clients, forging strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries as you provide therapeutic services.

  Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, support client stability, discuss future appointments, and determine when discharge is suitable.

  Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individual treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

  Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate treatment pathways.

  Engage clients in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

  Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, receive guidance, and enhance personal and professional development.

  Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and establishing multidisciplinary plans of care to support clients effectively.

Qualifications\n
