Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique emotional and psychological needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address client-specific concerns.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care is provided, actively participating in case consultations and supervision sessions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
