Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, based on thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing from methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, consistently communicating with physicians, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate treatment efforts.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n
