Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' needs and functional capabilities.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical guidelines, focusing on symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs of patients.

• Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other clinical staff to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, including participation in program planning and treatment reviews.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies, utilizing EMR software to track patient progress.

• Engage with outpatient and inpatient teams during crisis intervention and triage evaluations to provide immediate support to patients in need.

• Uphold ethical standards and agency policies, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 70,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
