Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate dynamic individual, couple, and family counseling sessions using established therapeutic techniques focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to create a cohesive and effective treatment approach for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic guidelines to track client progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
