Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' emotional backgrounds, financial situations, and treatment requirements.

• Develop tailored therapy plans based on comprehensive evaluations, integrating evidence-based practices while remaining sensitive to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging talk therapy sessions using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

• Promote self-reflection, positive coping strategies, and skills for building healthy relationships through supportive, open dialogue.

• Provide clients with clear information on their financial obligations, treatment plans, and expected outcomes, enhancing overall therapeutic transparency.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately in our electronic health records (EHR) system to maintain continuity of care and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage with a varied client demographic within the Amarillo community. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
