This is a full-time remote position that allows you to engage with clients through a convenient telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to understand their mental health objectives, preferences, and needs, laying the groundwork for individualized rehabilitation programs.

• Design, implement, and maintain rehabilitation strategies that consider client's educational backgrounds, skills, physical abilities, and vocational aspirations.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals to create client-specific treatment plans and interventions aimed at enhancing overall well-being.

• Maintain detailed and organized client records, including personal information, treatment history, and progress documentation, complying with confidentiality regulations.

• Continuously monitor client progress against set goals, adjusting rehabilitation programs as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients engaged in job training and placement activities, promptly addressing any challenges that may arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and emotional difficulties. As a counselor, your role is essential in fostering healing and resilience in these individuals, guiding them through challenges while promoting mental health awareness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
