Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and diagnoses for clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Establish and maintain rapport with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that supports effective treatment outcomes.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and healthcare providers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

• Provide a range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention when necessary.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, sharing insights and collaborating on common goals for enhancing service delivery.

• Monitor client progress through comprehensive follow-ups and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs and ongoing assessments.

• Document assessment, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with organizational policies and legal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
