Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead and engage clients in supportive group sessions where they can share their experiences, connect with peers, and learn coping strategies that foster mutual support.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Offer personalized, empathetic counseling to help clients explore their personal thoughts and feelings, equipping them with self-discovery tools and coping mechanisms to manage their mental health.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to design individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances, personal ambitions, and specific mental health needs.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Consistently track and assess client progress using a variety of feedback tools and assessment methods to ensure treatment efficacy and adapt strategies as needed.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively engage with a diverse team of health professionals, maintaining open channels of communication to provide the best care possible and to address complex client cases effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to support young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• Demonstrated experience working with clients presenting mental health or mood disorders in residential or outpatient settings.
