Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, identifying presenting issues and developing a tailored treatment approach.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Engage in couples and family therapy to resolve relationship dynamics and improve communication within families.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals and measurable outcomes to track client progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with coping strategies and resource referrals for ongoing support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, all in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and state regulations governing counseling practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Our compensation structure includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of client collections, eliminating financial uncertainty. Additional benefits include:
