This role is eligible for fully remote work, allowing you to engage with clients via telehealth from the comfort of your home or preferred work environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, discuss stability, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and arrange for discharge when goals are met.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment paths.
\n
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth and recovery.

• Engage in regular individual supervision for professional development and clinical oversight.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with youth-focused mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is essential.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals experiencing substance abuse challenges is preferred.

• Strong computer skills with basic keyboarding abilities, facilitating effective documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
