Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, providing flexibility while maintaining a strong sense of community within our team. We support a work-life balance, and while your core hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, some evening and weekend availability may be required to accommodate client schedules. Our virtual work setting utilizes advanced telehealth platforms, ensuring that you can effectively provide therapy and counseling services from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and tailor treatment strategies. \n
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans designed to meet the specific goals of your clients, ensuring effective monitoring and adjustments as needed. \n
- Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using appropriate therapeutic interventions and techniques. \n
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to patient care, including regular participation in case conferences and clinical supervision. \n
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Actively engaging in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge of the latest mental health practices. \n
Your role as a counselor will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and addiction. Qualifications\nTo join our team, you must have the following qualifications:

- A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. \n
- A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- A proven track record of delivering individual and group therapy in mental health settings. \n

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from all backgrounds. \n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be considered favorably:
