Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster community and support among participants, addressing common issues like anxiety, depression, and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care that encompasses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and webinars, remaining informed about the latest research and trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is mandatory.
