Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with WPS, you will be integral to our outpatient treatment center that caters specifically to young adults aged 18 to 30. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that create safe spaces for clients to share experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another, promoting a sense of community.

• Providing one-on-one individual therapy sessions where you will support clients in exploring their thoughts and feelings, guiding them toward developing effective coping strategies and personalized action plans.

• Collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term goals.

• Regularly monitoring clients' progress through various assessment tools and feedback methods, ensuring that treatment plans evolve with their changing needs.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining open lines of communication to ensure coordinated care, discuss complex cases, and share insights that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults, aged 18-30, facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
