Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead dynamic group therapy sessions, where clients can share their experiences, foster connections, and learn from one another.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic and individualized therapy aimed at helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while collaboratively developing coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to construct customized and goal-oriented treatment plans that recognize their unique needs and preferences, ensuring each plan aligns with their therapeutic outcomes.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Engage with fellow team members, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate care efforts and consult on complex cases, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges, including mood disorders and anxiety issues. You will be equipped to address unique pressures this demographic often encounters through a relatable and understanding lens.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Relevant Field: A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is mandatory.

• Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required to practice.

• Experience: Prior experience working with clients experiencing mental health disorders in either residential or outpatient settings is essential.

• Team Collaboration: A commitment to working collaboratively with a passion for fostering positive change within our community.

• Clinical Proficiency: Strong skills in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
