Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Summit Healthcare Group, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via telehealth, utilizing a HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling focused on empowering clients to identify and address mental health challenges, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating evidence-based strategies and interventions to facilitate their pathways to recovery.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within our cloud-based EHR system, documenting progress and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal outcomes for mental health stabilization and growth.

The ideal counselor will engage with a diverse clientele from the Lakewood, New Jersey area, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
